It seems that my SABnzb+ doesnt save the history info when its shut down when the list is empty.
sometimes i download a few, each time a download are done, the list seems to be saved, then i remove all listings in history, the list is back at next start of sab.(sab 0.4.11)

Not sure if that always works out OK.
On the other hand, after the queue becomes empty all admin files are flushed to disk.
I cannot really explain it.
I cannot recall ever having seen a corrupt history, although (for obvious reasons) I start and stop SABnzbd all the time.

This event is sent to all programs running giving them a grace period to shut down cleanly, very much like pressing the X on the application, giving the apps plenty time to save files and exit.

If you use SABnzbd memory caching with a large cache,
it may need quite some time to flush the cache to disk.
Do you ever get messages from the OS asking about stopping SABnzbd?

Nope, never get any message about sab is hung/needs more time to exit.
