I have this problem on two of my PCs, while both using Chrome (v59). Using Firefox, this does not happen. I've cleared all cookies and cache, but haven't had any luck. Also tried plush and glitter UIs

When you right click on the page, click Inspect Element, then select the Connections tab in the Debug panel.
Then reload the page. Does any of the things show in red? Like it cannot load them?
Specifically the stylesheet.

Looks like I can't use my bookmark with embedded user/pass anymore!

Not sure what that means then, but I tried to generate the messages again to get a screenshot for you, and now that warning does not come up now
