SABnzbd just stalled for past couple weeks

Not sure what happened, but all of a sudden within the last few weeks, I cannot download anything. Definitely still paying $$ every month for astraweb, but can't download. Nothing has changed, so not sure how to continue to troubleshoot. I'm sure I don't need to jump through a bunch of hoops to get this fixed, so any help would be immensely appreciated.
Just stuck at 0kb/sec
In Status and Interface Options > Connections tab, this red text is displayed:
Failed to connect: (10060, '[Errno 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it') 10@ssl-us. astraweb.c o m :564
