Download queue filled with 0mb remaining files

Hi all,
Most of the downloads in my queue indicate that there is 0mb remaining to download. I'm pretty sure that for these files nothing has even been downloaded, so this must be incorrect. I've attached an image to illustrate. Is there a way of resetting these files so they start downloading?
Thanks

How did you set "Only get articles for top of the queue" in Config->Switches.
Make sure it is set to "off" and then restart SABnzbd.

Thanks for the reply. However, I already had "Only get articles for top of the queue" turned off. Are there any other possibilities?

Do you have backup servers?
Set the amount of connections to 0 for these.
There's a known problem that when you have backup servers
and one of them doesn't react anymore, the queue may hang on missing articles.

I'm afraid that hasn't fixed my queue list. Right now, it is filled with over 500 NZBs that all report having 0mb left to completion. Newly added files are downloaded fine - even though they are at the back of the queue behind all these stuck NZBs.

You say nothing has been downloaded at all for the stuck jobs?
Are you sure these are not empty NZB files?
Does the usenet server still contain the articles (did you see missing article warnings)?
Have you clicked on the job titles to see what the content and download status of the files is?
Perhaps you can email one of the suspect NZB files to
[email protected] ?

Clicking on the item in Plush reveals the following:
0 articles buffered in 0 bytes
These NZBs were added automatically from newzbin via the bookmark feature. Many other NZBs have worked fine via newzbin bookmark syncing so I'm not sure what's going on with these files.
Thanks for your help so far

Click on a NZB title to see its file list.
The "0 articles" thing is just the usage of the memory cache, unrelated.

No files are listed for the bugged up NZBs. The NZBs that are working fine show their file list as normal.

This probably means that the NZB files are empty.
If you have the NZB backup feature on you can check them yourself.
(I guess we should give a warning when empty files are read.)
