Multiple Servers speed shown

I have 2 servers, but one of then is limited to 10 megabits/sec, if I see a download coming from both servers (because one doesnt have all the parts) the speed at the top of SAB says "1.2MB/s" which is the speed from the limited server, does this mean the total download speed is 1.2MB/s even though the unlimited server is also downloading, or am I being shown the speed of the limited server only?
Judging by the ETA it looks like thte total speed is 1.2MB/sec
