sabnzbd failing to add nzbs to queue

HELP!! I have had sabnzbd (2.3.2) and sickbeard running on Ubuntu 16.04 for several years, with no issues. Now it appears that Sabnzbd is no longer accepting new nzbs from sickbeard or downloading files from the internet. Sabnzbd will also not allow me to manually add an nzb to the queue. I've checked all my settings and nothing has changed. I have no problems adding nzbs to the queue on my Mac and having sabnzbd download from the net. Is this an issue only with the linux version? Any suggestions how to fix this problem will be greatly appreciated.

Sabnzbd will also not allow me to manually add an nzb to the queue.
So you can access SAB's web interface?
What happens when you add an NZB? Is there a (error) message?
What if you use another web browser?

When you have the SABnzbd interface open, what happens if you click the plus-button and then upload the NZB file?
Or: drag-and-drop the NZB on the interface.

I just upgraded to version 2.3.3. No difference. Can't add NZBs. When I try to upload manually, the program does nothing. Tried a different browser too. Still not working.

Have you tried what I described? Using the 'Upload' button and drag-and-drop?
Are you sure you are using a valid NZB?
We can inspect the log: click on Status and Interface settings (the wrench icon, in Glitter skin) and set logging to +Debug.
Add an NZB.
Go again to Status and Interface settings and click Show Logging.
What does it show near the end? (before the copy of the settings)
We haven't had really any reports on this, so it's most likely some local issue.
