Entry stuck in queue

Hi,
I've got an entry in my queue which is "completed" (0 remain) but is stays in the queue.
When he is on top, it blocks all the rest.
Repositioning it to the back, pause and remuse SABnzbd+ 0.4.11, resolves the download of the rest.
Question: how can I get it out of the queue?
Running on Mac.
