After restart, Sab running as active (exited). Cant get running

I am running the latest version of sabnzbdplus on ubuntu 16.04.
I have had this running for about a year and half with no issues. My container restarted yesterday and since then systemctl shows it as running as active (exited).
I have tried disabling and re-enabling. I have tried stopping and restarting service. Can't seem to get it running again.
I've even removed from ubuntu via apt and reinstalled and the problem still exists.
Has anyone run into this? Does anyone have any idea whats going on? Thanks!
