All downloads being weird after I did this...

Hey All,
I am running the latest version of sab on Windows 10, my server tests fine, I was downloading quite a few files, and had a total of 1400 files queued or slow which makes everything quite slow, then all of a sudden I needed one file for a project I was working on, I cleared all of the files from the queue and tried to download the file I needed, now almost every file including that one jumps to like 20% when the file download starts, and then goes down telling me that there is missing pieces and then fails. Does anyone have any ideas? I have ran queue repair to no avail.
