Download complete but not all files downloaded

Hi all,
Long time user, first time poster. Also, I should mention I am not very technical.
Running SAB v2.3.8 on a Synology Diskstation. I use SAB combined with Sonarr to grab TV shows.
Recently I have had a lot of trouble with downloads appearing as complete in SAB, but in Sonarr, they appear as orphan jobs because there are "no eligible files for import". When I check the download location, the completed folder shows a bunch of RAR files with between 1-5 of the rar files missing. Checking the logs, i can see that no files are extracted. But, I'm really confused with what is happening.
Can someone please help!?

Can you two things:
* shared the NZB itself via pastebin
* turn off Direct Unpack, and re-download

I had turned off direct unpack and it does the same thing. In my completed downloads folder, i just get a bunch of RAR files.
I understand if this specific release is bad, but this happens for anything I download now. Really quite strange

When i try to extract manually i get UNRAR Error 10

That NZB downloads perfectly on my system.

Okay, so I tried to download it manually turning off all post processing. Unable to extract the RAR files. Kept all of the PAR2 files and attempted to repair using PAR2 and MacParDeluxe. There are plenty of repair blocks BUT it points out that there are numerous RAR files missing. So, for whatever reason, my SAB isn't downloading all of the RAR files!?!

I think it's complete: you should also put in the lines before that part ... with "added to queue". That way you can see which rar files are added to the queue at all.

okay, thanks for the help, man. I really appreciate it!
I pasted the entire log into pastebin but it said i was over 512kb, the maximum allowed for free, so i kept deleting lines until it posted.
We can probably close this issue now. I installed NZBGet alongside SAB on the synology box and it was able to get the entire release, no issues. So will run with that for now. Although, I prefer SAB since I've been using it for numerous years.
Given the issue only seems to only affect me, probably not worth spending too much effort investigating further. I'll just continue with NZBget in the meantime.

We're aware of the issue, it's just some specific downloads that are like this.
We have now incorporated a similar technique as sabnzbd and our development version of Sabnzbd can actually successfully complete this job! However, there's still some more testing and corner cases to fix before we can do a new release
