I installed the latest build of Snow Leopard and it runs well. I am running it on a MacMINI [2008].

Only problem is when using SABnzbd to download [in FireFox, latest release] it tends to clog other network activities [pages and websites will not load, even after pausing SABnzbd] and often, after resuming SABnzbd it refuses to start downloading again and just sits there, failing to initialize. Quitting the app does not help. [refuses to quit - is actually unresponsive to anything] - even a restart did not solve the issue. But then, out of the blue it might just start again... could not find a red thread in this behaviour.

Might be worth looking into...

Is you watch folder set to desktop ? If yes try to change that to another folder...

Do you use IPV6 ? If not maybe you can try to disable it in your network configuration...

Watch folder was not set to desktop. I turned the IP6 setting off [was set to automatically, which is default I guess] I use IP4v btw. Lets wait and see if anything changes now.
