I don't no why sabnzbd doesn't not support on android. but may be you can use it with and android app's emulator e.g. ppsspp, blue-stacks, etc. there are lot of android app emulator available on net which can help you to use pc apps on your android phone but I have a doubt. Because I don't know if it's okay to do that or not

ppsspp is only for games i guess i can't download sabnzbd to ppsspp

I want official version of sabnzbd for android

Out of curiosity: why do you want sabnzbd on your android device? What kind of android device is it? Why don't you run your SABnzbd on your Windows / Mac / Linux ?

I am not a Windows / Mac / Linux user

I use my android phone a lot
