Double move? Ie. move AND unpack, but no unpack

Some - only some, seemingly at random, downloads done by sabnzb, don't seem to just MOVE the files to the final destination.
Instead it downloads NAME. Then it moves it to the final destination and makes a NAME dir with the files.
Then AFTER that, copies EVERYTHING again to an _UNPACK_NAME dir, then it deletes the files it first copied to the NAME dir, then copies the files to the NAME dir again and only THEN does it delete one of the dirs, leaving the files done.
So it copies everything twice and seems to think it unpacks, but I've set it to only move and it doesn't unpack at all. It just copies everything twice. It makes it kinda slow, taking twice as long. And it is seemingly random, what downloads it chooses to do it for. At least I haven't been able to figure out why it does it to some, but not all.
