    Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.

If you have Duplicate Detection turned off, both of them, then there is no discarding of any downloads.
There's no hidden list.

Its all off under Queue. But there is a "backup for duplicates" under special settings which was ON. Will try to disable that.
