Running 3.3.1. Issue presented before update and persisted after update.

I have a 100 connection account with newshosting. I've tried 100, 80, 20 connections and the problem persists. The connection test on the settings page always passes.

Upon starting a new download, my newshosting (priority 0) connections will fill up, but only get to like 3kb/s. Then the newsgroupdirect connections will fill up (10) and I'll get 25mb/s or so down.

The newshosting connections will fluctuate between 0 connections and all connections, literally at bytes per second, during the course of the download. The newsgroupdirect connections always work.

What happens with Wrench -> 1GB ?

Are you sure Newshosting has the articles you are trying to download? If the problem persists even with the test download then please try enabling debug logging, disable the other server, do the 100 MB test and post the resulting log file.
