Hello,
I've never had an issue with sabnzdb, until recently. Somehow, the same nzb is added to the queue, almost every day. Debug logs are not helping me much. Actions I've taken.
Changed API key
Changed NZB key
Changed watched folder.
NZB still shows up added every morning, the same NZB.

Is there a way to determine what is causing this?

Set a log in password and preferably make sure SABnzbd can't be accessed from the internet.

Thanks, I already have a password set, and internet access blocked. I even changed the port. Am I missing some feature of sabnzbd, that adds shows? Could it be a job, sabn thinks is not completed?

Try enabling debug logging (Wrench / Status) and post the part where it is added here. SABnzbd can add nzbs automatically through feeds or it can be done by an external program like Sonarr.

Thanks, I checked the debug logs and I see it was Radarr. So strange that its adding MotoGP. I don't know why yet, but I enabled the duplicate detection in SABNNZBD and that worked, so the item was not downloaded.
