Ever since i downloaded the newest version of sabnzbd, all my files are creating par2 sample files with every transfer.
I do have samples ignored, so sample .mp4 files do not get transferred, but instead now its just creating multiple sample par files sample.001 sample.002...par2 for no reason...
can this be fixed?

In SABnzbd, set logging to +Debug (via the wrench symbol)
Let the problem happen. Then upload sabnzbd.log to pastebin.com and post the URL (with spaces around the dots) here in this thread.

I will try this when it occurs, because its hard to predict lol

I think it has to do with the new feature that we always parse the resulting par2 files.
Indeed we need the full Debug log, which at the end includes a anonymous copy of your settings.

here is the log, however...i have removed sensitive information, such as newsreader info and such...

You removed the anonymous copy of your settings at the end of the log, please include that.

I have exactly the same problem with the new version - it takes ages now to post process finished downloads.
It also tries to do something with the sample par files, although the ignore sample switch is on:
Running par2 on file XXXXX.s02e05.1080p.web.h264-cakes-sample.vol000-001.par2. This took nearly 1 hour.

Click Show Logging in the Status window, share that whole file. Not just the logging part, but the whole file.
