Files no longer being moved out of folder

Just downloaded the latest version tonight and now downloads coming from sonarr are no longer being renamed and moved from their respective folders. AFAIK I do not have sonarr handling any file naming because it kept wanting to make folders when I use a flat organizational system. I also just want to say this setup has been working fine for years so it's either something changed/flipped (that I need to change back) in the newest version or one helluva coincidence.
nvm - looks like this is a 6yr old issue that cropped back up again, 'enable folder rename' in switches was reenabled for some reason, par2 files started popping up again too.
