Not able to get SABnzbd running on Manjaro

Hi,
I installed SABnzbd on Manjaro via AUR, but I always get this error on startup via terminal:

I found a lot via google regarding this error, but all solutions I found were no solution for me, or I could not reproduce them.
Can anybody give me a how-to on really easy basic level? Thanks so far!
