How can I place the "Check all" checkbox on top of the queue list?

Currently, I have to scroll down on every page I want to delete all items and click into the "Check all" checkbox.

Is there any way to show the "Search" and "Check all" line not at the bottom but on top?

Currently there isn't, because of asthetic reasons. Just couldn't find a good spot on top.

Maybe a simple "Top" or "Bottom" (aesthetic choice) could be left to the user?
