I have been using SAB without incident for some time. Yesterday afternoon I suddenly was unable to log in, getting the error msg " 502 Authentication Failed
," I am not techie enough to know what that means or how to deal with it. Can someone help, please?

ATTENTION...login failure was due to my account being reclassified as "inactive." Inquiry in process.
