Disk writes working and not working!

Recently started to face some problem on an existing working system, where random Disk Write errors started to appear. After many trials/errors re-installs from stable version to 3.5beta one solution working. If run SABNZBD.exe the disk errors come; but if run "SABNZBD Console" then everything is fine and working. I would expect both should be core same with the exception of console. Anyone with similar problem or know whats wrong?
System: Windows 10 Pro (21H2)
SABNZBD running in a virtualbox VM
All folders are "Mapped Network Drives" (yes including the Inprogress ones as well - and they are working with Console.exe) - UNC never worked for me
No Anti-virus/malware running
