Post-Processing wont un-pause after pause (maybe an Rclone issue)

Hi,
So heres the backstory:
I have SAB set to pause when disk space is below 100G, and it restarts when the disk space is freed.
I have Sonarr/Radarr to rename and move the files to another folder to prep for it's final location.
I also have rclone to move the files from the "completed" folder to the "Media" folder.
Issue:
So the pause and un-pause work perfectly, but when SAB unpauses, this "breaks" the movement portion. Sonarr/Radarr stops renaming and rclone stops moving the files.
Question:
Is there something I am missing in the setup to remedy this?
Purpose:
It is causing my completed folder to clog up, and I have to go in and either delete all the finished but un-renamed downloads OR rename them and move them manually, which is cumbersome....
I realize this may be a Sonarr/Radarr and/or rclone issue, I am posting on their forums as well....
