Link out to Filtered item.

It would be awesome if, for downloads that have been paused by a filter, you could click on the Filter button and it would take you to the items page at the indexer service. This way we could quickly inspect the file for ourselves.
It would also be cool to have a context item showing what filter was triggered (when hovering over the Filter tag). Although, this seems more challenging so I'd rather just request the link out. :-)
