Do not use unrar v6.00

Use unrar v 5.70 or 5.50 much much faster than v6.00 tested in an arm64 machine.

Can you share your proof, so for example "time unrar blabla.rar"
Note: unrar 6.12 is already there, so little use for 6.00.

yes I can. During a passworded nzb download the same file will extract with 2minute40second but the same file will take more than 4minutes using v6.00
