Duplicate detection error

Hello

I have found a bug in version 3.6.1. (ubuntu)

If I have for example the file "Movie" in the queue and manually add another nzb with the name "Movie" it does not recognize the file as duplicate.

The bug can be easily reproduced.

Yes, it's a known issue that for years nobody has tried to fix..
