Help Please on Ubuntu 20.04 Server

Greetings from Germany, I use google translator with the hope of getting help,
I bought a Fujitsu S740, which I would like to run Ubuntu on, which I can then access from Windows via smb...
I would also like to have sabnzbd, I install the version for Ubuntu from the homepage as stated, but then I cannot log in to the sabnzbd gui with my Windows computer, the page cannot be opened. I assume something doesn't fit in the config... How could I fix that? Both devices are in the house and belong to one and the same network.
