History File?
Where & what is the name of the file that stores the history of all past downloaded files?

it's a sqlite3 file
in directory as defined on https://sabnzbd.org/wiki/advanced/directory-setup
Windows %userprofile%\AppData\Local\sabnzbd\admin
Posix ~/.sabnzbd/admin
