Scan PAR2 Files immediately

If I am correct, when adding an nzb to the client, it is scanned for par2 files when the download begins and skips them unless they are needed for repair. The issue I have is, when adding a large number of nzbs to the download client (e.g a 60 episode series), the estimated download is always going to be significantly wrong, as a percentage of the total data won't need to be downloaded (the par2 files) - unless repair is needed. This check for par2 files is only done as soon as the NZB becomes the next in line to be downloaded, so I propose a feature which checks for par2 files on each nzb as soon as it enters the download client regardless of it's position in the queue. This would increase the accuracy of the estimated download time significantly, as most nzbs don't need repairing.
