How to avoid the same movies via RSS being downloaded in 10-100s? Being blocked from my fav site acccused of "scraping!"

Hi,
i use the latest sabnzbd version, update as soon as it comes.
i have recently been blocked from a site because of "abuse, scraping" and most likely it because i suddenly, more than before, get multiple versions of the movie/tv episode that i have in my rss feed.

I have, in Switches, set to detect duplicates and move them to history, also to avoid duplicates of tv episodes and move to history, but allow proper/real/repack to pass through. But this has been set like that for a long time?

Still i get like.. 10-20-30 copies of a movie release in my feed even if they are as specific as this: (UHD) *fantastic*indie*movie*HDR*.. But how can i limit it to only the first hit to DL and then let me select myself? I guess i can filter on size too, i have an extremely fast fibre connnection and terabytes of storage so i could take only 50Gb+ movies if i wanted.

But surely, there must be another way?

What can i check more?

Many thanks in advance!

I think *arr apps (sonarr, radarr, etc) can take care of this: they only download one correct version.
