I have just updated my Win7 machine from legacy 32-bit v3.7.2 to 4.0.1 and it no longer stayed running as a service. It starts and then stops a few seconds later. It does run as a normally run exe. The last line in the log is”loading postproc queue”. Any advice would be appreciated.

The Event Log shows the following error with Event ID 3

RuntimeError: There is no current event loop in thread 'Dummy-1'.

I have no Windows 7 system to fix this.. Can you maybe enable Debug logging in the Status window when running SABnzbd not as a service and then check the full logs after trying to run as a service.

Ok I have done that....how would you like me to send you the log file. Trying to post the text here just gives me 'New users are not allowed to post links'
