Fout bij toevoegen van Section.8.2022.FRENCH.720p.WEB.H264-Silky.nzb, wordt weer verwijderd

i used 4.0.1 and suddenly this error, after updating same error.
after shutting down firewall same error
multiple times reboot, stil no difference
Nothing is changed in settup
external X: drive is normal eccesable
What could be the case here ?

Are you sure something didn't change about the permissions? That's usually the case when this error is thrown.
