yes that's my set up, app and downloads all on ssd. then I copy later to hdd...

thanks! but disc's are OK I think. and yes apps and download folder are on ssd, I always transfer later on hdd

Sabnzbd reports that it's being slowed very often because it can't write to disk fast enough.
Clearly something is blocking the IO causing the whole system to grind to a halt. You could always just downgrade to older Sab to confirm it's really the new version.

I will contact synology maybe they have an idea about HD drivers. in general the ssd should be more than fast enough for any possible download with my isp here.
do you know by any chance the latest sab version without that improved HD speed?
maybe something for an additional setting in future updates?

unfortunately i cannot find the setting to be able to post screenshots here. but the ssd looks really good. made an speed test with synology

@safihre, any other idea if the ssd is obviously quite fast and healthy? can I send something to support an investigation? my feeling and the performance monitor was more about CPU usage and maybe even ram issues?
as this is a blank and new install doing it new will probably not help? and I had that with the docker image 4.1 also. all still very confusing for me

just want to report Kaye others runninto that also.
PROBLEM SOLVED. I don't know why but somehow the parallel extract tasks were set to 3. with that the nas was completely out. not sure about the standard wetting can only say that I cannot remember changing something. but with only 1 task everything is good again!!
