Cannot run script autoProcessTV.py suddenly - windows 11?

Actually at first i was getting python error 9009 Exit(9009): Python was not found
run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store, or disable this shortcut from Settings > Manage App Execution Alias

I came to realize python maybe was missing, i installed the latest and also version 2.7

Then I toggled to off the two python instances in that windows manage app execution alias



Now i get cannot run script. (what version of python is required for this old script, im not even sure, seems i had no python instances to begin with and it worked, which is strange)

Everything was working great until maybe a windows update or sabnzb update, im not sure what to do, i gave the permissions needed on the .py script in that folder in case mangled.



Any thoughts?
