Failure to start on Synology NAS DS413j

I have an older Synology NAS drive. DS413j (DSM 6.2.4) I'm trying to install SABnzbd there because I do not have enough hard drive space for an image file I'm trying to download. When I attempt to install version from synocommunity it says I need python 3.11. Python 3.11 is not available for my architecture (3.10 is highest I can go). I then install an older version of SABnzbd (Version 3.7.0-58) and that installs successfully but fails to start (failure to run package). What do I need to do in order to run an older version SABnzbd?
