SAB won't load

I have been using SAB for years, and now all I get it a fatal error saying unable to bind to port 8080 on 127.0.0.1. I have read most of the solutions here, but none work for me. I am using Kaspersky for security, and not Microsoft. I have tried all the suggestions, but nothing works. My connections are solid. Please help!!

Check if there aren't conflicting aplications, also try and run SAB as Administrator.
If that fails you must check the firewall cause that's where the problem is, I think it might block it
