Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

RSS items not unpacking
I'm running version 4.2.3 in Windows 10. I'm finding that nzb's that are downloaded from my NZBPlanet cart via RSS are not unpacking. The file folder contains PAR2 and RAR files. If I go to NZBPlanet and download the nzb directly (and not through the timed RSS read), it unpacks just fine. I could use some help. Thanks.

In SAB, go to that RSS feed.
In the top, it will say "Order Type Filter Category Priority Processing "
In the column Processing, it should say "Default", or even better "+Delete"

I selected "Default" and it worked! Thanks so much. I'm curious and it doesn't explain in the Help wiki but what's the difference between Default and +Delete?

'Default' inherits the value of the setting from the builtin "Default" category, used for every job that wasn't specifically assigned to some other category. Hence, the difference between Default and +Delete depends entirely on your own settings for the Default category.
