SAB fails to start post MS update

I have been using SAB without problems for some time. Today I added some nzb files to my "Watched Folder" and opened SAB as usual expecting the downloaded nzbs to be picked up and start being processed. Today, however. SAB did nothing. I reviewed SAB settings and Windows file associations and found all as usual. I considered uninstalling/reinstalling SAB but wasn't sure if my settings would be carried over. I am a sole, senior user with moderate tech skills. I running Windows 10, Chrome, simple LAN home network, one PC only. Could someone help me find and fix the problem? Thanks.

So SABnzbd is running normally, and you can access it?
Have you tried restarting the PC?
Is SABnzbd on the latest version?
Is the Watched Folder still configured in Config > Folders?
Maybe you can enable Debug logging in the status and interface settings window, if any errors are present during readout.
