I can't connect to server and the error code is 'Failed to connect: _ssl.c:989: The handshake operation timed out'

I have confirmed there's nothing wrong with the Web server as it Is confirmed active with 100 connections.

to which server? newsserver, or the sabnzbd webserver?

In both cases: what URL / FQDN / full address do you use?
