sabnzbd 0.4.9 and 0.4.12 crash on Ubuntu Server

Hello all,

I'm having an issue with a particular set of files; for example, Battlestar Galactica BD Season 1 any of the disks, the download will get halfway through and sabnzbd will just crash. I started with sabnzbd 0.4.9 (I think it was) and upgraded to 0.4.12 via apt-get and getting the same issue. Not sure what all I should do to diagnose the problem, but these are the only types of files I'm having trouble with. Attached is the sabnzbd.log, as nothing shows up in sabnzbd.error.log:

Looks like everything's working great and then it just...stops.
When I restart the daemon, the file it was downloading is gone. Nothing shows up in history, and the only warning is a cache file is unable to be opened. Any ideas? Any debugging modes? It's very consistent if there's something I can try.
