I just moved from Grabit where i was getting between 200 - 300k average speed whereas with SABnzbd I am getting at best 1.67K. I am with Newsdemon and I know my ISP doesnt throttle, i did a lot of shopping around to make sure. Is there somewhere there is a list of optimal settings to get similar download speeds?
