[0.5.0Beta1] Slow shutdown

XP 32bit.

Shutting SAB down is taking me 10-15 seconds even when nothing is active, ie I delete the cache folder, run SAB, have an empty queue and then go to shutdown right away. I've always found shutting down SAB to be finicky but usually it works quicker than this or not at all.

The current version of the web-server is slower to shutdown than the previous one.
Also the "smpl" skin makes it even slower.
We don't consider it a problem that needs urgent attention.

Is this not a problem if the computer is shutdown and SAB is too slow to close itself gracefully?

It can always be slow when it needs to flush it's cache
and save the internal admin.
That part is done first and after that it's no longer relevant
if it's terminated by the OS.
