0.5.0-B3 Duplicate/replaced download?

I can't even imagine to think how this might be possible, but I decided to try out beta3 and setup a bunch of downloads overnight. 5 NZB files.
They all appear to be downloaded (all were reported complete), however, the first download was completely replaced by the 2nd download. And now there are two copies of the 2nd download. The 3rd, 4th and 5th downloads are in-tact.
Anyone have any ideas? The logs don't provide any information at all.
