Cannot start Sabbie anymore

Hi,

Since today I can't start Sabbie anymore (normally, it starts automatically). There is no intelligent error message, only to 'check my log file'. I checked it, but I need help making sense of it (see attachment). If someone could help me with this, I would be very thankfull!
The only conscious changes I made before this problem started are:
- Installing Winpatrol (startupmanager) but only disabling some stuff from Saitek (joystick profile stuff)
- Installing 2 .dll files so I could see .psd and .ai thumbnails in explorer. To install them i had to import some .reg files (yes, I know, dangerous).

Thanks for helping me out here. I think I can survive one day without Sabbie, but certainly no more than two.  ;D

Grtz,
BParty

Version: 0.5.0Beta6
OS: Vista32
Install-type: Windows Installer
Skin (if applicable): (Plush)
Firewall Software: (OS standard)
Are you using IPV6? (no)
Is the issue reproducible? (yes)

Something is blocking your port.
Do you get the Panic screen?
Have you tried another port?

Thanks for your quick reply! It wasn't the port   :'(
It was the IP adress....
I have my router on DHCP so I should expect getting a different IP-adres once in a while. But it only changes once every six months or so... I didn't think of it. (I have to use an IP adres to start SAB because I want to access the machine from other computers in the network as well. If I use 'localhost' it stops working in my network). Maybe I should disable DHCP :(

Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction!

Many routers allow you to set a fixed DHCP address.

I know, but not my crappy modemrouter that is provided by my ISP. :(

On most systems 0.0.0.0 works well.
This special address will make it listen to the current IP address.
Leaving the host name blank or using the host name may work too.
We recommend the numerical IP only as a last resort.

Another thing you could try if your router allows it is to set your dhcp range to something smaller and then use an address outside that range.  For example, set dhcp to only hand out addresses between 192.168.0.100 and 192.168.0.200 and then you can set static addresses from 1-99 and 201-254.  It doesn't have to be that range, of course.

It worked! Great tip. Now I can use 'localhost' in nzbStatus again.
