I know I can access the max speed setting in the plush UI, but I do not see a way of setting this on a permanent basis. The trouble is, when sab is downloading it is using every single byte of downstream, which makes any other use of my computer's connection extremely slow. For example, trying to load a youtube video will take many minutes instead of being available almost instantly.
I'd like to set the max speed to always default to some value (say 1200KBps) while still allowing me to adjust it up or down manually in Plush.

Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
