Hi, i hope someone can help me with a script.

I need a script that will add a spotlight comment to downloaded folder saying that its done whit prosessing and unrar'ing and so on, so i can use Hazel app to move the file to my wanted destination.. What happening now is that Hazel moves the folder while its prossesing whit par files and unrar.

I would take a slightly different approach:

Done have hazel monitor the download folder, rather have your post process script move the newly downloaded folder to a folder that is monitored. The post process script will fire after the unrar process is complete.
