Cannot run script since .5.0 upgrade

Hi all,
I've just upgraded from .4.2 to .5.0 on my Synology DS409 an have sound that my post-process script no longer works. Its a really simple script that just reindexes the directory for the completed download so it is viewable via uPnP.
The script looks like this and the command works fine when I run it from a telnet session
/syno/bin/synoindex -A "$1"
Since the upgrade I'm getting the following error in history for the file
Cannot run script /volume1/nzb/scripts/uPnP
Can someone provide me with an insight, I'm more of a Windows man that Linux but will happily try just about anything at the minute
