using nice for unrar, par2...

Hi!

Especially on slower NAS boxes extracting or verifying large files takes some time and most of the CPU. So other processes (e.g. a streaming movie) get problems (e.g. movie stops often...). What about putting something like "nice 5" in front of the calls of external binaries like unrar, par2...? This should be a quite simple change.

best regards
mcka

SABnzbd already uses "nice", although with default parameters.
Some tweaking may be needed, I'll discuss it with the team member who supports NAS .

On my NAS, the par and unrar thread pretty much stops if the machine is still downloading. In other words, I have the opposite experience to you!
