hi,

i got a problem with my SABnzbd. It doesn't download any more. and i can't understand why.

If i restart sabnzbd, it downloads about 3-5 seconds, then the speed goes down and the status becomes IDLE.
When i choose settings-->server and reenter the password it's the same as i restart sabnzbd.

Altbinz on the same maschine runs at my connection limit (about 2MByte/sec).

I attached the logfile.
Could anybody help?

Firewall Software: (Windows, deactivated)
Are you using IPV6? (no)
Is the issue reproducible? (yes)

The log says:

Check your user name and password in the sabnzbd.ini file.
Are there any odd characters in the password (like leading or trailing spaces, quotation marks).

no there aren't

the last 4 weeks everything works fine. but 4 or 5 days ago the problem started.

I'm also seeing this problem. Nothing's changed on my end yet when I add something to the queue it will show X amount of megs/time left and then it just stops dl'ing. I've reinstalled with no luck.

Re-installing solves nothing.
When data corruption is causing this, the only remedy is
to start once with the --clean option, which will remove the
complete download queue.

Check your firewall logs or router logs. You may need to disable SPI firewall at your router.

Any chance it has to do with this announcement from Newzbin?

Nothing.
newzbin carries only NZB files.
Once you have the NZB file, nothing newzbin does matters anymore,
since they do not control Usenet servers.

Gotcha. I thought that maybe when Sab goes out and grabs the nzb from NB, that if somehow the nzb was blocked or something, that Sab might load it but not find anything to grab from usenet from inside it...
