SABnzbd Forums

When I enable authentication in SABnzbd (which is needed because I want to use it over the internet) and I want to add a NZB file, I get the logon screen again after file uploading and then when I login again a 500 Internal Error Message.

If I disable the authentication everything goes fine.

Anyone has any idea?

Have you looked for a more detailed error description in your cherrypy.log?

Where doe I find it? 

It was something about a method needs 2 parameters but only got one (got this from console)

How do you try to enter the NZB, through the main page, which option?
Which web browser do you use?
Which SABnzbd user interface do you use (Default, Plush or Smpl) ?

On Windows the web-logging file can be found in:
XP : "c:\documents and settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\sabnzbd\logs"
VIsta: "c:\users\USERNAME\AppLocal\sabnzbd\logs"

After you add the nzb, is sabnzbd still online? can you still go to the sabnzbd page after the 500 error? if so, are there any strange characters in the file name of the nzb file?
